The Peruvian Women’s Network was born as an initiative of Maria Fernanda Dingle, with the dream of strengthening and uniting the Peruvian community in Florida. What began as a small project in early 2025 to connect entrepreneurial women in South Florida quickly grew thanks to the passion and commitment of people who joined the team. Today, this network not only covers South Florida but also Central Florida, under the coordination of Janise Monday, and continues to expand exponentially. Our goal is clear: to change the narrative that the worst enemy of a Peruvian is another Peruvian. Here, every connection is an opportunity to support one another, share knowledge, and grow together.

• Connect with other entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers.
• Support each other, share experiences, and celebrate achievements.
• Grow personally and professionally while building a strong and trustworthy network.

Through networking events, inspiring talks, and exclusive gatherings, our community creates real opportunities for collaboration, friendship, and business development. Each member becomes part of a supportive and growing network, where one woman’s success is a success for all.

Join the Peruvian Women’s Network and be part of this community that inspires, connects, and empowers Peruvian women throughout Florida.
